HR Executive

Job description- (Male Candidate only):

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:Post job openings on various platforms and source candidates.Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.Coordinate with department heads for interviews and selection.Manage the entire onboarding process, including documentation and induction.

Employee Records Management:Maintain and update employee files and records (both physical and digital).Ensure that all employee information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal and organizational standards.

Payroll and Attendance:Assist in managing payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.Track employee attendance, leaves, and overtime.

HR Policies and Compliance:Ensure the implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures.Stay updated on labor laws and employment regulations and assist in ensuring compliance.

Employee Engagement and Welfare:Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding queries, grievances, and feedback.Promote a positive work culture by facilitating communication between management and employees.

Training and Development:Assist in identifying training needs and scheduling training sessions.Maintain records of training programs and employee development.

Performance Management:Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating review cycles and maintaining performance data.Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.

Exit Formalities:Manage the exit process for employees, including conducting exit interviews.Ensure proper handover of responsibilities and clearance of dues.
