HR Executive

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic disciplinary matters
• Support performance appraisal and feedback processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Prepare HR reports and documentation
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
• Support exit formalities and conduct exit interviews

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role (1–3 years, depending on company needs)
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
