HR Executive

Role Description:·       

•  Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
• Handle end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring healthy employee relations
• Support HR initiatives related to retention, performance, and career development
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements
• Ensure adherence to company policies, HR processes, and compliance standards
•  Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

Qualification: 

 Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduation

 Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills

 Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory
