Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding formalities

Coordinate with internal teams for timely hiring

Induction, Training and Development , offer roll out.
