Recruitments JD :

1. Post an Ad in our portal giving details of schools /trade/qualifications /experience etc.
2. If required, post advertisements in the newspaper. 
3. Send advertisement copy to the state team for approval before publishing.
4. Publish ads and details in whatsapp groups of states so that friends and family are referred to apply.
5. Our deadline for new hiring is 30 days end to end for joining and for open positions 5 days so prioritise

Performance Appraisals:

To ensure consistent performance monitoring and improvement through quarterly, half-yearly, and annual review discussions with the School Principal and project team.
