HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: 3rd Sector, HSR Layout, Bangalore

Experience Required: 1–3 years (preferably in sales-driven industries)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
• Coordinate with HR teams from partner organizations to organize and execute campus drives.
• Oversee and manage vendor relationships in alignment with organizational requirements.
• Handle complete HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, students, and parents—addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Demonstrate strong public speaking and relationship management skills during events, meetings, and presentations.
• Guide and mentor students in their career preparation through mock interviews and career counseling sessions.
• Motivate and lead the internal team to achieve weekly and monthly performance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional HR experience, preferably in a sales-driven or target-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment processes, and employee engagement.
• Sales acumen is essential to evaluate employee performance and drive productivity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain a high level of professionalism.
