Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Source and screen candidates through job boards and networking.
• Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage onboarding, document verification, and employee records.
• Coordinate offboarding and exit formalities.

• Requirements MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 6 months - 1 Years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
