Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive/Manager who will be responsible for handling various human resource functions, including employee appraisals, payroll management, event planning, and coordinating company trips/tours. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded HR background with experience in multiple facets of HR operations, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Appraisal & Performance Management:


  • Manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and accurate evaluations for all employees.
  • Coordinate with department heads to establish performance metrics and review employee progress.
  • Provide feedback to employees and guide them on career growth opportunities and development plans.
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports to assist in decision-making for promotions, incentives, and bonuses.

Payroll Management:


  • Oversee and manage the company’s payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as tax calculations, PF, ESIC, and other deductions.
  • Maintain employee records related to salary, deductions, and tax filing.
  • Coordinate with finance to resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
  • Administer employee benefits, bonuses, and reimbursements in line with company policy.

Event Organization:


  • Plan, organize, and manage company events, including team-building activities, annual functions, offsite meetings, and celebrations.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, transportation, and event schedules.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events and engage employees to ensure participation and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the budget for company events and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Travel & Tours Planning:


  • Organize and manage employee travel arrangements for business trips, conferences, or company offsite tours.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and guidelines.
  • Plan and execute company tours, retreats, and leisure trips for employees, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Employee Engagement & Welfare:


  • Foster a positive and engaging work culture through activities that boost morale and teamwork.
  • Organize wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and employee appreciation events.
  • Support employee welfare initiatives and maintain a safe, supportive work environment.

Compliance & Documentation:


  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Handle HR-related queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, including health, safety, and benefits regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Manager, with hands-on experience in payroll management, performance appraisals, event planning, and travel coordination.
  • Excellent understanding of HR practices, payroll systems, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, Tally, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A flair for planning, organizing, and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs for new roles.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring that candidates meet the required qualifications and align with company culture.
  • Prepare and extend offer letters, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, and assist with workforce planning.
