HR Executive – Zillionbiz (Innoshyam Digital LLP)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused HR Executive who will take ownership of end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Recruitment & HiringSource candidates via job portals, social media, and references
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for closures
  • Maintain hiring pipeline and reports
  • 2. Onboarding & InductionManage joining formalities and documentation
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires
  • Ensure smooth integration into teams
  • 3. Training CoordinationOrganize training sessions for new employees
  • Coordinate with internal/external trainers
  • Track training progress and feedback
  • 4. Asset ManagementAllocate and track company assets (laptops, devices, etc.)
  • Maintain asset records and ensure proper handover
  • 5. Leave & Attendance ManagementHandle leave requests via CRM/system
  • Maintain attendance and leave records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • 6. Employee Grievance HandlingAct as the first point of contact for employee concerns
  • Resolve issues professionally and confidentially
  • Maintain a positive and disciplined workplace culture
  • 7. Employee Exit & Full & Final (F&F) FormalitiesManage resignation process and acceptance workflow
  • Conduct exit interviews and document feedback
  • Ensure proper knowledge transfer before exit
  • Coordinate asset recovery (laptops, ID cards, etc.)
  • Process full & final settlement in coordination with accounts
  • Revoke system/CRM access on last working day
  • Maintain exit records and reports
  • 8. Process Enforcement & ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, and workflows
  • Maintain proper documentation for all HR activities
  • Monitor discipline across teams, especially sales
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements
  • Additional ResponsibilitiesMaintain employee database and HR records
  • Support payroll coordination (basic level)
  • Assist in HR policy implementation
  • Coordinate with management for performance tracking
  • Continuously improve HR processes and internal workflows
  • Requirements1–2 years of experience in HR or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Preferred QualitiesStrong personality with ability to enforce rules without bias
  • Comfortable managing high-pressure, target-driven sales teams
  • High ownership and accountability
  • Attention to detail and documentation discipline
  • Ability to take tough calls when required
