Job Description
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi regional languages spoken in the Bengaluru Hebbal area.
Prior experience in collections or customer service preferred
Persistence and a desire to work with customers to find solutions to their payment issues
Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sound knowledge of how debt collection works is a plus with
Bachelor's degree.
