HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring (Bulk / Lateral)

Handle bulk hiring for voice/non-voice processes (freshers & experienced)

Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate operations interviews

Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities

Maintain hiring trackers and MIS reports

Onboarding & Induction

Coordinate new joiner onboarding and induction programs

Ensure completion of background verification and documentation

Support training team with batch onboarding and attendance

HR Operations

Maintain employee master data, personal files, and HR systems

Issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, exit)

Handle employee queries related to policies, shifts, leaves, and payroll

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

Monitor attendance, shift rosters, and attrition data

Coordinate payroll inputs including night shift allowance, incentives, and overtime

Ensure accurate leave and attendance records

Employee Relations & Engagement

Handle employee grievances and escalation support

Conduct HR connect sessions and floor visits

Support employee engagement activities and retention initiatives

Compliance & Exit Management

Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws

Manage exit formalities, full & final settlements, and clearance

Maintain compliance records and support audits
