🌟 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven HR Recruiter with proven expertise in BPO, Telesales, and Sales hiring.

The ideal candidate should have strong command over hiring platforms, advanced sourcing techniques, and recruitment strategies, and must also be capable of conducting training and onboarding sessions for new hires. The role requires delivering 8–10 walk-in candidates per day consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for BPO, Telesales, Inside Sales, and Sales roles
• Source candidates using multiple hiring platforms and channels
• Expert usage of platforms including:
• Naukri, Indeed, Apna App, LinkedIn, Monster (foundit), Shine, Quikr Jobs, WorkIndia, Freshersworld, PlacementIndia, RozgaarIndia
• Apply Boolean search, keyword optimization, filters, and sourcing strategies
• Create and optimize job postings for maximum response
• Ensure 8–10 walk-in candidates daily
• Coordinate interviews, selection, and joining processes
• Conduct onboarding and basic training sessions for new hires (sales process, company policies, role expectations)
• Support managers with initial performance guidance and follow-ups
• Maintain daily recruitment and training reports

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in HR recruitment (BPO / Telesales / Sales hiring mandatory)
• Prior experience in training, onboarding, or mentoring candidates is required
• Strong knowledge of job portals, bulk hiring tools, and sourcing methods
• Practical understanding of Boolean search, X-ray sourcing, and keyword strategies
• Ability to handle walk-in targets and training responsibilities simultaneously
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
• Highly target-driven with strong ownership
