Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networks, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by sharing job and company information.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Support hiring decisions, extend offers, and assist with negotiations.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure legal compliance.

Timing: 9 AM – 6 PM

Age: 18+

Qualification: Pursuing graduation

Internship Duration: 3–6 months
