Role:

• HR Intern – Recruitment Stipend: ₹15,000/month
• Duration: 2 to 6 months (minimum commitment required)
• Opportunity: High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position in the HR Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for high-volume hiring drives.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with speed and accuracy.
• Assist in conducting walk-ins, job fairs, and campus hiring events.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR or related field.

• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills.

• Ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals is a plus.

• Languages: English / Kannada
