We are looking for a strong HR professional from a manufacturing or industrial background who can independently handle recruitment, employee records, attendance discipline, compliance coordination, onboarding, policies, and HR system development.

• Experience required: 5 to 10+ years

• Preferred background: Factory / plant / industrial setup

• Qualification: MBA HR / MSW / PGDM HR or equivalent

• Skills: Recruitment, attendance, labour compliance coordination, HR operations, employee engagement, policy implementation
