Job Title: HR MANAGER

Job Summary:

We're looking for an HR Admin to manage end-to-end HR processes. You'll be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive work environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Recruitment :Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and onboarding

- *Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, concerns, and grievances

- *Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with labour laws

- *HR Records: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR systems, and ensure data confidentiality

- *Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements

- *Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive work culture

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field

- 2-5 years of experience in HR administration

- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
