HR Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non IT

• Source candidates through job portals

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and attendance

• Process monthly payroll, salary calculations, and payslips

• Assist with PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance coordination

• Support employee engagement activities and HR operations

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the IT industry

✔ Hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll handling

✔ Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll processing, and HR documentation

✔ Strong communication and coordination skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
