HR Manager

Job Summary:The HR professional will manage complete human resource functions with a strong focus on real estate sales, site operations, and corporate staff. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, employee relations, and performance management.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities:Recruitment & HiringHandle end-to-end recruitment for sales, CRM, site engineers, marketing, and back-office roles
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna), referrals, and consultants
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final rounds
• Issue offer letters and manage joining formalities
• Onboarding & DocumentationManage employee induction and orientation
• Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents
• Maintain HR records, employee files, and attendance data
• Payroll & AttendanceCoordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, and commissions
• Track sales incentives and ensure accurate payout
• Coordinate with accounts for timely salary processing
• HR Operations & ComplianceImplement HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, labor laws)
• Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues
• Performance & AppraisalsSupport performance appraisal processes
• Track KPIs for sales teams and site staff
• Assist management with manpower planning and productivity tracking
• Employee Engagement & RetentionPlan employee engagement activities
• Address attrition and conduct exit interviews
• Promote a positive and professional work culture
• Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent coordination and follow-up ability
• Experience handling sales-driven organizations
• Knowledge of real estate hiring practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and job portals
• Qualifications & Experience:MBA / PGDM / MSW in Human Resources
• 2–8 years of HR experience (real estate preferred)
• Experience handling sales and site teams is an advantage
