Job Title - HR Recruiter (Fresher / 0–1 Year Experience)
Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a career in recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct HR screening calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates on interview status
- Maintain candidate data and trackers
Requirements:
- Graduate (HR or related field preferred)
- 0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
