Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.

2.⁠ ⁠Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture.

3.⁠ ⁠Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.

4.⁠ ⁠Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings to attract qualified candidates.

5.⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system.

6.⁠ ⁠Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.

7.⁠ ⁠Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
