Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This role is essential in helping us build a strong team that aligns with our company culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the hiring requirements for various roles across departments
• Post job advertisements on relevant job portals and social media platforms
• Source potential candidates through databases, portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly
• Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or staffing agency preferred)
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
