A Senior HR Recruiter is responsible for Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Relations & Engagement, Training & Development, Exit Process &

Offboarding, they act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

* Experienced Candidates from any Agriculture / Fertilizers, Beverage / Brewery / Distillery, Manufacturing & Production industry background.

Job description:

Experience preferred in Agriculture Equipment industries/Fertilizers, Beverage / Brewery / Distillery, Manufacturing & Production.

Must have 3-5+ years in Human Resource most into Non-IT Recruitment.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Plan and execute the end-to-end hiring process (sourcing, screening, interviews, selection).Develop job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.Manage employee onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth transition.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances to maintain a positive work culture.Plan and implement employee engagement activities (team-building, celebrations, etc.).Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to improve retention strategies.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning programs.Conduct skill development sessions for employees.Ensure compliance training (e.g., workplace ethics, safety, and labor laws).

Key Performance Metrics (KPIs):

Recruitment Efficiency: Time taken to fill open positions.

Employee Retention Rate: Reduced attrition and increased employee satisfaction.

Training Effectiveness: Number of training sessions conducted and employee growth.
