Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in hiring across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Manage offer letters, negotiations, and joining formalities
• Support onboarding and documentation process
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple positions
• Basic understanding of HR processes

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in bulk hiring or IT/non-IT recruitment
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Knowledge of basic HR documentation and compliance
