We're looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at Kalyani Motors. As an HR Recruiter, you'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and sourcing of candidates for sales profiles. *Key Responsibilities:*

- Source and recruit top talent for sales profiles through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and preferences

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs

- Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes

- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics

*Requirements:*

- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
