Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and events.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone/video/in-person interviews, administer assessments, and evaluate cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, negotiate offers, perform background checks, and facilitate onboarding.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), track metrics like time-to-hire, and provide recruitment reports
