HR Recruiter

[Ffinlore] sadvin tech soluions pvt ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company’s staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding

• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds

• Maintain and update candidate database and hiring reports

• Coordinate with team leaders for hiring requirements

• Handle offer letter preparation and onboarding process

• Ensure daily recruitment updates in CRM or tracking system

• Maintain strong follow-up with candidates

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, English kanada preferred)

• Basic knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle pressure and meet hiring targets

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
