Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven HR Recruiter to join our staffing team. In this role, you won’t just be filling seats; you will be a strategic partner to our clients, helping them build their dream teams. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and headhunting to negotiating offers—across diverse industries and skill sets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Sourcing: Utilize job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster), social media, and niche databases to find top-tier talent.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews to assess not just technical skills, but cultural fit and career motivations.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client companies to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and technical requirements.
  • Pipeline Building: Proactively build "silver medalist" pipelines for high-demand roles to ensure quick turnaround times.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, providing feedback and coaching to both parties.
  • Offer Negotiation: Manage the closing process, including salary negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding logistics.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to advise clients effectively.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (Agency/Staffing experience is highly preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you should be able to "sell" an opportunity convincingly.
  • Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude—recruitment involves high stakes and frequent changes.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software, and advanced Boolean search strings.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple "urgent" roles simultaneously without letting candidate experience slip.
