Responsibilities:

Identify potential candidates using multiple sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking)

Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements

Schedule and conduct interviews

Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress
