Job Description
- Manage end-to-end BPO recruitment for domestic and international processes.
- Understand job requirements and hiring needs from hiring managers.
- Source candidates using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Social Media, Employee Referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct pre-screening to evaluate communication, experience, and suitability.
- Schedule HR, Operations, and Client interviews.
- Manage bulk hiring / mass recruitment for BPO roles.
- Ensure daily follow-ups with candidates and minimize dropouts.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and keep trackers updated.
- Handle offer rollout, salary negotiation, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely closures.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- 📌 Required Skills & Competencies6 months to 2 years of experience in BPO or volume hiring.
- Strong communication skills (English mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with recruiting portals: Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed.
- Good understanding of sourcing, screening, and interview management.
- Ability to handle pressure and high-volume hiring.
- Strong follow-up ability and a target-driven approach.
- Basic proficiency in Excel, MIS, and recruitment trackers.
- 📌 Qualifications Any Graduate / Diploma (mandatory).
- 📌 Salary Range Typical salary for 6 months–1 year experience:
- ₹14,000 to ₹25,000 per month
