HR Recruiter

Looking for an HR Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet company staffing needs. Key responsibilities include posting job ads, conducting interviews (phone/video/in-person), managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and building a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Core Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Hiring Process: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the hiring process from offer to onboarding.
• Job Marketing: Draft, update, and post job descriptions on appropriate platforms.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to measure effectiveness. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist .
• Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Resume Databases (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, Indeed).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and interview techniques.
