💼 Role & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates till joining
- Maintain candidate database and reports
🎯 Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English + Regional language preferred)
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
- Must have own laptop & internet connection
- Freshers / Experienced both can apply
