HR Recruiter

Job Role :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles including candidate sourcing and screening.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding of candidates.
• Maintain documents of candidates.
• Coordinate with campus interview drives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Eligibility Criteria :

• The candidate should be active and should hold Good Communication skills
• Candidates should be fluent in English, Kannada and Telugu
• Preference for Immediate joiners only.
