💰 Salary:

Freshers: Up to ₹22,000/month

Experienced: Up to ₹30,000/month (based on interview & experience)

👩‍💼👨‍💼 HR Recruiter – Job Description:

End-to-end recruitment for BPO / ITES / Non-IT roles

Sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, referrals

Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews

Coordinating interviews with clients / internal teams

Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups

Achieving daily & monthly hiring targets

Handling offer rollouts and basic onboarding coordination

✅ Eligibility:

UG/Graduate

Freshers welcome | Experience in recruitment is a plus

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
