HR Recruiter

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience to handle end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to meet hiring requirements within timelines.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and field recruitment (if required)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support
• Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines
• Maintain a good candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (Bulk or lateral hiring is an added advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment cycle
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
