Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and attract top talent to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements

Create and post job advertisements on job boards and social media

Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals

Screen resumes and applications

Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers

Perform reference and background checks

Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Prepare and negotiate job offers

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Maintain recruitment metrics and reports

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively

Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations

Strong organizational and time management skills
