Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key responsibilities of HR Recruiter and HR Operations.


  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Sourcing: Post job openings, source candidates through online job boards, social media, professional networks, and attend job fairs.
  • Screening and interviewing: Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening phone calls, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
  • Candidate management: Manage the entire candidate experience, provide updates, negotiate offers, and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including completing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation.
  • Database management: Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment activities in an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Compliance and reporting: Stay updated on labor legislation, track key HR metrics, and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
  • HRIS and Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee the payroll process, including collecting and verifying data, and manage employee benefits like health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure the company complies with all federal, state, and local labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the administrative aspects of hiring new employees and processing employee departures.
  • Reporting and Audits: Generate HR reports, support audits, and handle employee queries related to HR processes.
  • Process Improvement: Implement and improve HR workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Employee Relations Support: Assist with employee investigations, complaints, and other employee-related issues.

Required skills and qualifications


  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Experience with various sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
  • Strong judgment and attention to detail.
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field is often required, along with relevant
