Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business expansion plans

Forecast manpower requirements in coordination with department heads

Manage bulk hiring and lateral hiring for multiple outlets/units

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Promote the company as an employer of choice

Manage job postings, hiring campaigns, and recruitment drives

Participate in campus hiring and job fairs

🔹 5. Stakeholder Management

Work closely with:

Unit Heads

Cluster Managers

Operations team

Understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures

Track and report key metrics:

Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports

Ensure proper documentation for all hires

Maintain candidate records and recruitment database

Lead and manage the recruitment team

Train and mentor recruiters

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA preferred)

5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality

Experience in bulk hiring & multi-location recruitment
