• Recruitment & Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Quality Check: Ensure employee performance aligns with company standards through regular assessments.
• Exit Formalities: Handle employee exit processes, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare and analyze Management Information System reports for insights and decision-making.
• Revenue Support: Collaborate with departments to support revenue goals through strategic HR initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR roles.
