Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HR operations including joining, exit formalities, and maintaining employee records.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance matters.
- Maintain HR databases, generate HR reports, and track attendance/leave records.
- Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and induction programs.
- Assist in policy implementation and internal HR audits.
- Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, leave, and HR policies.
