Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

Location: Basavangudi, Bangalore

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: General manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR to support and lead various human resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have over one year of HR experience and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

• Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities — induction, confirmation, transfers, exits, etc.
• Support performance appraisal systems and ensure timely feedback cycles.
• Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS databases.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Address employee relations issues and provide HR support to departments.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management review.
• Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Qualifications and Experience: Education: Postgraduate degree (MBA / MHRM / PGDM in Human Resources or related field).
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Skills Required:

• Good understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS/ATS).

Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range:30k to 70k
