Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Human Resources Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support the talent acquisition needs of our organization. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various roles, while building a strong talent pipeline to support current and future staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities :

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.

* Post job openings on internal and external platforms (job portals, social media, career sites).

* Source potential candidates through databases, networking, and employee referrals.

* Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

* Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

* Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

* Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and ethical hiring practices.

* Participate in campus recruitment drives and job fairs.

* Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for management review and retain them in the system for atleast 6 months.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

* 0–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.

* Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, Boolean search).

* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/ATS.

Preferred Skills :

* Experience recruiting for roles in banking, finance, or fintech.

* Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
