1.Technical background in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering

2.Testing of MEP systems once they are installed to ensure all systems are stable and safe

3.Prepare and execute projects and initiatives that will improve safety, environmental, and process performance

4.Knowledge in MEP activities and coordination.

5.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction environment

6.Advice/supervision of vendors and I&C installation activities commissioning of field instruments and HVAC /Electrical equipment's.

7.Ensure the site works are executed as per the drawings, specifications and scope of works.

8.Prepare daily site reports to ensure close monitoring of contractor's progress activities.

9.Attend Progress meetings with contractor and consultant whenever required.

10.To issue site notes and follow-up

11.Knowledge and experienced in construction safety / Electrical safety /Site management.

12.Preparation / approval of measurement sheets and RA bills.
