Job Description
Candidate should be able to handle both outbound and inbound calls from customers and
Willing to help them and provide solutions to the queries.
Candidate needs to be fluent in English & Kannada, Hindi.
Flexible to work in any day shifts with rotational week offs
Knowledge of Basic computers is required.
Candidates from Educational counselling, Insurance, Credit Cards, Banking, Real Estate, Automobile, Hospitality Industry would be preferred.
