Inside Sales Executive

Job Description:

Vishvak Interiors is looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to manage client inquiries and convert leads into successful interior projects. This role focuses on handling inbound leads, understanding client requirements, and driving sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads, walk-ins, and client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team
• Share quotations, proposals, and presentations with clients
• Follow up consistently to close sales deals
• Maintain strong client relationships and customer satisfaction
• Update and track leads in CRM systems
• Coordinate with execution teams post-sales
• Assist in arranging site visits when required

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales/business development (interior industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good understanding of interior design process, materials, and pricing
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Target-driven and customer-focused

Preferred:

• Experience in interior design / real estate/home solutions sales
• Bangalore-based or willing to relocate
• Confident and comfortable in client-facing roles
