Inside Sales Executive

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Work Location: HSR Layout, Silk Board, Jayanagar & Indiranagar, Bangalore

Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales through effective communication.

KEY POINTS

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
• Explain products/services clearly and close sales deals
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Requirements:Any graduate or undergraduate can apply
• 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support preferred
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
• Willingness to work from HSR Layout / Silk Board / Jayanagar / Indiranagar
• Skills Required:Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Professional phone etiquette
