Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and generate sales leads through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Generate supplier leads to expand the supplier base and improve service offerings.
- Client and Supplier Coordination:
- Act as a primary point of contact between suppliers and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Project Management:
- Manage project timelines to ensure that all client deliverables and supplier responsibilities are met promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to organize resources and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Sales Presentations:
- Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, illustrating the value of the offerings.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor key sales and operational performance metrics; adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Record Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and supplier communications within an Excel sheet or Spreadsheet.
- Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback from clients and suppliers post-project completion and communicate insights to relevant teams for service enhancements.
- Negotiation & Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and suppliers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Support:
- Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the sales and project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge in MS Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
