Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
  • Proactively identify and generate sales leads through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Generate supplier leads to expand the supplier base and improve service offerings.
  1. Client and Supplier Coordination:
  • Act as a primary point of contact between suppliers and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  1. Project Management:
  • Manage project timelines to ensure that all client deliverables and supplier responsibilities are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to organize resources and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  1. Sales Presentations:
  • Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, illustrating the value of the offerings.
  1. Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor key sales and operational performance metrics; adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  1. Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  1. Record Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and supplier communications within an Excel sheet or Spreadsheet.
  1. Feedback Collection:
  • Gather feedback from clients and suppliers post-project completion and communicate insights to relevant teams for service enhancements.
  1. Negotiation & Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and suppliers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  1. Support:
  • Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the sales and project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge in MS Excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
