Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Inside Sales Executive (Female) to manage sales activities, coordinate service assignments for existing clients, and maintain accurate data records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer relationships efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Assist the sales team in closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
• Provide product or service information to potential customers.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline.

Client Service Coordination

• Manage and assign service requests for existing clients.
• Coordinate with the internal service team to ensure timely completion of services.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding service updates.

Data Entry & Management

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or internal systems.
• Update sales reports, client databases, and service logs.
• Track customer interactions and maintain documentation.

Customer Relationship Management

• Address client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term relationships with existing customers.
• RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and data management.
• Ability to multitask and manage client interactions efficiently.
