· Sales Experience: 1-2 years in retail, Edutech or inside sales (or similar customer-focused environment).

· Excellent Communication: Ability to engage with customers confidently, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and contribute to team success.

· Customer-Centric: A strong desire to understand customer needs and provide them with exceptional service.
