Job Description

Verge Scales is India's fastest-growing house of e-commerce brands. As we rapidly scale our operations, we are looking for a Revenue Recovery Specialist to manage our high-intent leads.


Unlike traditional telesales roles involving cold calling, this position focuses exclusively on "Warm Leads"— potential customers who visited our website, added products to their cart, but did not complete the purchase. Your objective is to consultatively engage these customers, resolve their friction points, and facilitate order completion..


Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Priority Outreach: Contact "Abandoned Cart" leads within 15–30 minutes of drop-off to maximize recovery rates.
  • Consultative Selling: Diagnose the root cause of non-purchase (e.g., payment failure, price hesitation, product queries) and provide immediate solutions to close the sale.
  • Prepaid Conversion: Actively convert Cash-on-Delivery (COD) requests into Prepaid orders by effectively communicating the benefits of priority dispatch and digital payment incentives.
  • Transaction Facilitation: Generate and share secure payment links (UPI/Razorpay) via official WhatsApp channels to assist customers with instant checkout.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order statuses in the CRM/Google Sheets to ensure no lead is missed.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, Retention, or Telesales (Experience in EdTech, Fintech, or E-commerce is preferred).
  • Communication: Professional fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. You must possess excellent active listening skills and a polite, persuasive phone manner.
  • Sales-Minded & Driven: You are skilled in persuasion and negotiation. You're motivated by targets and see objections as a challenge to solve.
  • You are tech-savvy. You are comfortable with order management systems or CRM software. 
  • You are coachable and eager to learn. You can take our training and apply it immediately.
