About Us

Job Summary:

We are hiring for inside sales executive .

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students
• Provide accurate information about Training courses, fees etc.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
• Upsell or cross-sell relevant technology training courses
• Track conversion rates and improve sales strategies
• Build trust-based relationships with students and generate referral
• Maintain accurate records ofcalls, follow-ups, and conversions
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and enrollment reports
• Analyze lea sources, conversion trends, and student feedback

Position Details:

• Education                    : Any Graduate
• Salary                          : Up to 4 LPA + Incentives
• Employment Type       : Full-time, Permanent
• Qualification               : Any Graduate or post Graduates
• Preferred Experience : up to 10 years ( fresher can also apply)
• Language Proficiency  : English, Hindi, ( Optionally Telugu or Kannada or Tamil)
• Job Location               : Bangalore (On-site)
• Work : Days: Monday to Saturday
